     On June 2, 2024, I took an online course on Google Analytics through the Great Learnings website, which offers free courses. This course was designed for marketers, data analysts, students and other stakeholders, aiming to provide a thorough understanding of Google Analytics principles, tools, and techniques related to website and app performance measurement.

II. Reflections on the Webinar/Activity (Learnings)

     In this course I was taught how to set up goals and events, graph data sources, and evaluate data so as to be able to make sound business decisions. The emphasis was on practical learning thus entailing analyzing data live, forming own reports and utilizing Google Tag Manager for complicated tracing. This event has broadened my understanding of web analytics, underlined the importance of data-driven approaches, and stressed the significance of continual education in this dynamically changing field of online marketing. I can currently maximize Google Analytics in making sites more effective and improving customer relations.

III. Reflections on Practical Application of Learning

     I can apply the broader perspective in the marketing projects to come from the course in Google Analytics. This has shown me how to make efficient use of Google Analytics tools and techniques for discovering and improving site performance and user engagement Figures-Ref-2Figures-Ref-2. Doing so has increased my grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, making me an adept professional in that field. The improvement is a result of in depth analysis of data, application of marketing techniques that are driven by data and helping in making web applications and marketing campaigns perform better.

IV. Positive Feedback on the Event Organization

     Great learning has a variety of free online courses that come with great video tutorials and quizzes, which make them very resourceful for individuals who do not understand anything about digital marketing as well as those who want some enhancement in their understanding of it. It becomes exciting to carry out “Google Analytics” simply because there is an idea behind what each module involves and eventually what is expected as the last product.

V. Suggestions for Future Improvements

     Great Learnings should think about providing certification for their free online classes, which people can use to boost their CVs. This will also serve as a pull factor to bring in more students and professionals thereby strengthening their careers.
